The Starter Support program provides clients access to a support channel to email our support team directly through a ticketing system, allowing for faster turnaround times on requests. Support service members get priority service on tickets and a reduced rate on supplemental service hours when service work goes outside the allocated time.

The package includes quarterly SEO and mobile optimizations, accessibility reviews, and an annual UX review.

This member service is for clients whose business lives online and needs constant, immediate attention. Our goal is to turn around service requests within 48 hours of receipt.
