Annually

The Starter Support program provides clients access to a support channel to email our support team directly through a ticketing system, allowing for faster turnaround times on requests. Support service members get priority service on tickets and a reduced rate on supplemental service hours when service work goes outside the allocated time.

Member discount – $105/hour on all supplemental service hours beyond the Annual Support Allocation total used during the 1 year contract period up to a maximum of 76 hours. Additional allocation beyond 152 hours of total work will require the purchase of a new package.

The Advanced support package has the same features as the Starter package plus more allocated support hours and access to our support “Hotline” for priority service.  Advanced support is for the actively engaged support member who wants to be proactive. The package includes quarterly SEO and mobile optimizations, accessibility reviews, and an annual UX review.

Member Rate – $105/hour on all supplemental service hours beyond the Annual Support Allocation total used during the 1 year contract period up to a maximum of 168 hours. Additional allocation beyond 336 hours will require the purchase of a new package.

Performance

The Performance package adds a site performance monitoring and optimization component and a “Top of List” priority support service for high-priority requests. This member service is for clients whose business lives online and needs constant, immediate attention. Our goal is to turn around service requests within 48 hours of receipt.

  • 1 UX/UI Review per year(6hrs)

300 hours of prepaid support time annually included (base rate: $125)

Member discount – $105/hour on all supplemental service hours beyond the Annual Support Allocation total used during the 1 year contract period up to a maximum of 300 hours. Additional allocation beyond 600 hours will require the purchase of a new package.
